Police have arrested the man, who allegedly killed a 65-year-old doctor and three of his family members at their Faridabad house last week, from Maharashtra’s Shirdi Wednesday.
Dr Praveen Mediratta was found dead in his clinic. His wife, daughter and son-in-law were found dead inside rooms on the first floor. Though the accused, Mukesh, left a confession note, saying he wanted to rob the family but ended up killing them, police suspect it was planned. “We suspect he planned the murder as there were no signs of loot,” said a senior police officer.
