The Airport Express Line of the Delhi Metro has increased the frequency of the trains on this line to every10 minutes throughout the peak hours. Earlier, the trains on this line arrived every 10 to 15 minutes.
A company spokesperson said, “Delhi Metro has introduced one additional train during peak hours and the change in schedule will tremendously help and make the Airport Express Line more convenient for the commuters.”
The trains on the Airport Express Line are available from 4.45 am to 11.30 pm. Last year, fares were reduced by up to 50 per cent to attract passengers to use the corridor, also known as the Orange Line.
