DDA housing scheme: Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana Phase-2 flats launched, booking starts November 7

Phase-II includes flats in various parts of Delhi. The scheme specifically targets providing affordable housing, especially for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).

Key dates and how to book DDA flats

Booking under Phase II will commence on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 12 noon.

All bookings must be made through DDA’s Awaas Portal: https://eservices.dda.org.in.

Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee of Rs. 2,500/- is required for new applicants onboarding the Portal. Applicants already registered do not need to register again.

For LIG flats, the booking amount is Rs 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only). For EWS flats,
Rs 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) will have to be paid for booking.

DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana Price and Discount

The tentative price range for the flats varies by location and category. A 15% discount is applicable to the EWS flats in Narela and the LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony.

Previous Scheme Success and Terms

The initial phase of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana, 2025, launched on September 11, 2025 , offered 1167 EWS/Janta category flats. The scheme saw an “overwhelming” response, with all flats booked on the opening day, September 22, 2025.

All other terms and conditions for Phase II remain the same as those specified in the original scheme brochure, except for the inclusion of the LIG category. Interested buyers can inspect the flats. Contact details for site engineers are available in the circular here.
