City briefs : Randhir appointed govt. observer

Arjuna Awardee and Railways Sports Officer Randhir Singh has been appointed as a Government observer for kabaddi for a period of two years. Alongside his playing career Sindh has had a successfull coaching career with 18 of his players winning Asian Games gold medals and three winning the Arjuna Award
