Delhiites woke up to a chilly morning on Thursday as the minimum temperature dipped to 5.4 degrees Celsius, three notches below normal.
The MeT department said that humidity level recorded till 8.30 AM was 94 per cent.
According to the Safdarjung Observatory, visibility was recorded at 400 meters at 8:30 AM.
An official of the department said that skies will remain clear throughout the day.
“There will be mainly clear sky and maximum temperature is expected to settle around 20 degrees Celsius,” the official said.
On Wednesday, Delhi experienced the coldest day of the season so far with the mercury dipping to 5.2 degrees Celsius which was three notches below average.
