Five held for stealing diesel from tankers

NEW DELHI: Delhi Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested five men for allegedly stealing diesel from Bharat Petroleum oil tankers. The accused have been identified as Shankar Kumar Mehto (30),Sunil Kumar (30),Dinesh Kumar (30),Ram Bhadur (24) and Bijender (34). The five were arrested from Dwarka underpass last Saturday,while they were allegedly taking out oil from a tanker.

Girl goes missing,father alleges abduction

Gurgaon: The Civil Lines police station registered a missing person complaint after a girl went missing from her college on April 21. The father alleged she was being stalked by a man,and he had even threatened to kill her if she did not marry him. He said it was a case of kidnapping.
