A day after the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) confirmed that it had launched an investigation into the AAP government’s bus aggregator scheme, Transport Commissioner Sanjay Kumar, who notified it, has been summoned by ACB officials Friday for questioning.
Kumar has been asked to join the investigation, said Special Commissioner of Police and ACB chief M K Meena.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung were creating hurdles for the Delhi government. Kejriwal tweeted Thursday, “LG n Modi Govt aggressively start creating hurdles in Del Govt, almost in every file. Modiji bhi LG Ke Kandhe Par Rakh Kar Bandhukh Chalate hain.”
The ACB had started the probe on the basis of a complaint by BJP MLA and Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta.
