A part of her ear had been detached and was lying on the ground. My hands were covered with blood and I had to wash them with petrol leaking out of my damaged bike.”

The police said that they impounded the vehicles involved in the accident. Vinod is reported to be a businessman and has been booked for rash driving and endangering the safety of others. A case has been registered at the Sector 26 police station.
