In a fresh bureaucratic reshuffle,the Himachal Pradesh government has shifted Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Sarojni Thakur out of Urban Development ,Town and Country Planning (TCP) and Housing to post her as ACS,Animal Husbandry and Cooperatives. She retains the key departments of Environment,Science and Technology.
