Former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh’s brother-in-law and Solan Congress chief,Arun Sen,on Friday dismissed the allegations of violation of HP Land Ceiling Act,1972. “Supreme court had settled that all the land cases against me (Sen) were reopened by the BJP government purely out of the political vendetta,” Sen said, adding that the allegations made by the BJP were “totally baseless” and the land sold to realty giant DLF doesn’t belong to him. “I have never met any DLF functionary. Some of the co-sharers of our joint land have sold the land to someone who might have sold it further,” Sen told reporters.
