CYSS names candidates for PU students’ polls

The students’ wing of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Chhatra Yuva Sangharsh Samiti (CYSS), on Tuesday announced its candidates for the upcoming students council elections of Panjab University (PU). The elections are expected to held in the first week of September.

Alam Dhillon was named as the party’s candidate for the president’s post, with Rajjnder Tumb being named for the post of part president.

Balwinder Chechi was the party’s choice for chairman, and Chicago Duhan was named for the post of campus president.

Apart from this, Mankirat Mann was made the party in-charge, Deepanshu was given the post of vice-president. Besides this, Kanwalpreet Judge was appointed as the vice president of the state team of CYSS, with Shreya Gupta being named as the social media in-charge.
