Diwali bonus: Panchkula pharma company gifts cars to 15 of its top performing employees
While two employees were gifted Grand Vitaras, 13 others received Tata Punch cars. The idea is to motivate the employees, said owner of MITS Healthcare Private Limited M K Bhatia.

Ahead of Diwali, the owner of a Panchkula-based pharmaceutical company has gifted cars to 15 of his best-performing employees to motivate them.
M K Bhatia, owner of MITS Healthcare Private Limited, said he gifted two of his employees Grand Vitaras, and 13 others Tata Punch cars. “I understand the struggles of managing multiple responsibilities in life, where buying a car is often the last priority. I know because I have risen from a family where I have seen people having multiple responsibilities,” Bhatia told The Indian Express.

“As employees, people are always saving for other needs. So, I thought it would be a nice surprise for my best performers to receive cars. Some of them don’t even know how to drive yet,” he said.
Bhatia said when owners do something special for their employees, “they feel appreciated and give back in return”. “I’ve always treated my staff like my family. These are the same people who would respond eagerly even if I called them for work at 11 pm,” he said.
Last year, Bhatia gifted four-wheelers to 12 of his top-performing employees.

Bhatia, who moved to Panchkula from Muzaffarnagar in 2015 to establish his business, also said that besides pharmaceuticals, the company is expanding into cosmetics and will soon venture into groceries.
The firm operates from three offices in the Industrial Area Phase I, Panchkula.
