Human Rights activists from Pakistan,Ansar Burney,on Thursday said that before opening up the trade,it was necessary that the leadership and people of India and Pakistan open up their hearts for each other.

“India and Pakistan should first trade love, peace and mutual trust. And there should not be a hidden dagger in their hands when they do so,” Burney, who crossed over to India from Attari land border, said.

Burney is scheduled to visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah before heading to Mumbai to meet the families of those on MV Iceberg and MV Albedo, taken hostage by Somali pirates.

He said that Attari ICP was a good step for bringing two countries closer. “Both countries want to get closer with each other, but there is someone who does not want to see two brothers meet,” Burney said.
