Basic facilities like stretchers were unavailable for victims who were rushed here after the bus they were travelling in fell in a deep gorge.

On Tuesday,a victim of a minor accident had to leave the hospital after reportedly not being attended for hours.

“The condition at the hospital is worse than ever before. Initially the residents could at least expect first aid. Now,even that is a distant dream.
