648 students hailing from Jammu and Kashmir,Himachal Pradesh,Punjab,Haryana and Chandigarh qualified as Chartered Accountants students and were conferred degrees by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,at Chandigarh.
Present on the occasion,CAK Raghu,National Vice President,ICAI stressed upon the need of CA expertise in the current economic scenario. Accounting system is very crucial for the promotion of an economy. We need to be trusted and should work with a positive attitude,and this could be the reason why Indian CAs have emerged as complete business solution providers and are recognized globally, he said.
Indian Chartered Accountants are not only capable of fighting the economic downturn,but also guide the world and how to come out of it, said D S Bains,IAS,Principal Secretary,Punjab during the conferment of degrees.
While delivering the vote of thanks,CA Krishna Joshi,ICAI,Chandigarh Chapter appreciated the efforts of past students and also said that the the companies that come for placements find excellent quality of CAs in our college.
