If you like something that has been tried many times and is predictable,then Ozma‘s performance is not for you…An imaginative group of musicians from France who have been playing since six years and more,they call their music ‘Ozmic‘,since it rhymes with “cosmic“. And their music style — “jazz metric-rhythmic-swinging-warmly-festive-dynamic-rough-explosive-music.” During the performance the musicians are less inclined to follow the standards or stereotypes than in describing their style. Ozma members see their strength in the wonderful relationship among musicians,which allows for an organic synthesis of their spontaneous ideas. Their music is also characterised by a fine balance between well-prepared “homework“ and improvisation mixed with a generous amount of humour. It will be difficult to find an equivalent to this strange world of sounds that the musicians share. The band performed at Tagore Theatre on Tuesday at the invitation of the Alliance Francaise

Red Wave
The multi-city cavalcade of Kandhari Beverages ‘Red Alert’ reached Panchkula on Tuesday after covering Chandigarh,Mohali and many cities of Haryana. The Red brigade visited Sectors 2,4,6,7,8,9,11,12 and 12A . They randomly visited houses and shops as part of the ‘Ring the bell’ and ‘Get caught drinking’ activities. The Red Alert team was joined by an RJ of MY FM, radio partners for the event. Residents not only got to enjoy a cool Coke in the scorching heat but also took home gifts. The gifts this year include refrigerators,T-shirts,wall clocks,pen stands,napkin holders,pencil pouches,Coke products and more. The cavalcade now moves to Sectors 10,15,16,17,20,21,Swastik Vihar and Mansa Devi Complex on Wednesday. So get ready to get caught!
