Irked over the “brazen disobedience of the order “, the consumer forum presided by Rajan Dewan gave the chairman of UK Homes, A J Singh and the company’s managing director Uday Raj Singh Brar 30 days to comply with its directions or face three years’ imprisonment. The forum also directed them to pay a fine of Rs 10,000 each.
“The consumer complaint was allowed against the Opposite Parties (AJ Singh and Brar) by the orders of this Forum dated September 12, 2014 and were sent through post at their addresses.
