City lad Akshay to train in Germany

In the national finale of the Bajaj Allianz Junior Football Camp held at Pune,Chandigarh beat Kerala by a solitary goal to emerge champions.

In the national finale of the Bajaj Allianz Junior Football Camp held at Pune,Chandigarh beat Kerala by a solitary goal to emerge champions. Akshay Shekhar Sharma,who was adjudged man of the match,will go to Germany for a training camp at the Allianz Arena in Munich. Also,Jibin Devssay of Kerala who won the man of the tournament title,will accompany Akshay to Germany. Meanwhile,the three top players from Chandigarh were Krishna Sharma,Karamvir Singh and Konsam Chingkheinganba,and were given individual prizes of Rs. 50,000,Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000,respectively.

The other three players who will go to Germany for training are Akash Mondal (Kolkata),Gobinda Kar (Burdwan),and Lalremruata (Aiswal).

The individual prize winners from other states were:

Delhi: Franko Paul (Rs. 50000),Dahab Jilani (Rs. 25000),Anmol Rattan Bhasin (Rs. 25000); Kerala: Rahul M (Rs. 50000), Afdal V.K.(Rs. 25000),Lazim Ali (Rs. 15000); Hyderabad: Aakash (Rs. 50000),A Laxmikanth Yadav (Rs. 25000),Shaun campbell (Rs. 15000); Mumbai: Sohail Khatri (Rs. 50000),Ansari Uzair (Rs.25000),Atharva Kapse (Rs. 15000); Bangalore: Dushyanth S (Rs. 50000),Tony luis Robert (Rs. 25000),Lamgoulal Kipgen (Rs. 15000); Pune: Anil Madavi (Rs. 50000),Ronith Jain (Rs. 25000),Siddhesh Hole (Rs. 15000). From the eastern side of India,the top three kids were Afsar Ali (Rs. 50000),Satyam Sharma (Rs. 25000),Premananda Singha (Rs. 15000).
