32-yr-old stabbed to death

A 32-year old man was stabbed to death in broad daylight by two unidentified youths outside his shop at Dadwa on Thursday evening.

A 32-year old man was stabbed to death in broad daylight by two unidentified youths outside his shop at Dadwa on Thursday evening. The victim has been identified as Javed,a resident of Dadwa.

According to the police,the incident took place at around 4 pm when Javed was at his shop. The two youths entered the shop on the pretext of getting a phone recharge done.

While one of the accused started chatting with an employee at the shop,the other approached Javed. The assailant reportedly told Javed to come outside the shop as he wanted to have a word with him.

“As he stepped outside the shop,one of the =accused took out a knife and stabbed him on his thigh. The two then fled in a Maruti. The car’s number (HR 0898) could only be partially noted down as the initial numbers were missing,” said

Javed was seriously injured and bleeding profusely outside his shop. Area Sarpanch Kulwant Singh informed the police control room (PCR) and the cops reached the spot. They rushed Javed to GMCH-32 where he succumbed due to blood loss..

Meanwhile,the police cordoned off the murder spot and collected samples. Javed is survived by his wife and two children.

The cops were verifying the the details of the car. They were also looking into an incident where the victim had reportedly entered into a fight with a hotel owner about a fortnight ago. A case of murder has been registered against unidentified persons at the Industrial Area police station.
