21-yr-old stabbed to death

In a brawl between two groups of history sheeters,a 21-year old resident of Ramdarbar was stabbed to death by two persons on Thursday afternoon. The deceased,Sonu was stabbed five times in the stomach. The police has registered a case of murder.

The incident took place in Ramdarber when the alleged in cases of murders,Ashu and Ravi entered into an altercation with Sonu and Raman. Sonu,as per the police was a repeat offender arrested previously in cases of thefts.

Sonu and Raman were going to a nearby market when Ashu and Ravi,with whom they had na old tiff blocked their way. The two groups exchanged abuses and the argument soon turned violent. “Ravi held Raman and Ashu took out a knife thereby stabbing Sonu five times in the stomach. Ravi and Ashu fled from the spot,” said a police official.

Sonu was soon rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Sector 32 by the residents of the locality where he was declared dead on arrival. “We are trying to find out the reason for today’s incident,” said a police official.

In another incident,five persons have been booked for stabbing a Mauli Complex resident on Thursday. Rohit a resident of Mauli complex,Manimajra,alleged that Satpal,Ram Aasre,Chiku and Sanjeev all residents of Mauli Jagran,stabbed him.
