Once a Member of Parliament, rape-convict Prajwal Revanna is now a clerk at prison library

(File Photo) Former Janata Dal (Secular) MP Prajwal Revanna, who received a life sentence for rape last month, has recently been assigned clerical duties at the library of Parappana Agrahara Central Prison.
Prison Department sources confirmed that Prajwal Revanna, grandson of former prime minister H D Deve Gowda, started working in the prison library five days ago, handling book records and performing clerical tasks. Under prison regulations, he was classified as an unskilled labourer and offered options including bakery, carpentry, gardening, animal husbandry, or crafts before being assigned to library duties.
