Chief Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate an Old Age Home here on Wednesday. The Home has been set up by the Indian Red Cross Society and can accommodate 90 senior citizens. The home is spread over a 7,000-sq meter area on the Red Cross Society campus in the city’s Old Wadaj area. The Home has 36 rooms besides prayer and meditation rooms,and library. So far,we have received 150 entries. After a proper screening,around 90 people will be given admission, said Dr Madhu Naik,Chairman,Indian Red Cross Society.
