Gujarat High Court Chief Justice Sunita Agarwal emphasised upon the crucial role of “Alternate Dispute Resolution” in ensuring justice for the people during her address at the Legal Conclave 2025 in Surat on Saturday. The event was jointly organised by the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) and the Surat City Advocate Association at the Platinum Hall of SGCCI, in Sarsana. Justice Agarwal was joined by fellow Gujarat High Court judges, Justice Pranab Trivedi and Justice D N Rai, as chief guests.
