Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and his colleague Manish Sisodia of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will take a tour of South Gujarat from March 5. They will travel in different districts separately in Gujarat to get the glimpse of the development done during Narendra Modi’s tenure in the state.
Sources said that Kejriwal will start his tour from Kutch while Sisodia will do it from Surat. Surat AAP office said 25,000 members had registered for party membership personally and 15,000 through online. Sisodia will meet local AAP leaders of Surat city and district and will also visit different places.
AAP’s South Gujarat convenor Kishor Desai said, “The purpose of the visit of both top leaders is to gather information about the development and corruption in Gujarat.”
