The SIT had declared them absconders on February 2 after they failed to appear before it despite summons issued to them.
Meanwhile, one more victim of the Naroda Gam case,Nannumiyan Rasulmiyan Malek, has moved the high court, requesting he be made a party to the SIT petition seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Patel.
In his petition,Malek has submitted that he had seen Patel with a Bajrang Dal leader instigating a mob to attack Muslims.
