Rajkot BJP MP Parshottam Rupala Sunday said the police conduct of allegedly parading the Patidar woman accused of defaming Amreli MLA Kaushik Vekariya was not appropriate. Rupala added that he believes proper action will be taken against responsible police officers in the matter.

Rupala’s remarks came when he spoke with media persons as he attended the International Kite Festival in Rajkot. “Police have worked in haste. Police’s conduct towards the ‘dikri (daughter)’ is not appropriate,” Rupala said.
