The Rajkot Municipal Corporation standing committee Tuesday organised a meeting on the bank of Atal Sarovar. This was the second such meeting this year. Earlier, standing committee chairman Jaimin Thakar had announced that he will convene meetings outdoors so that “tax payers know how their money is used” and had held the first such meeting in Ram Van on February 21. Holding meetings on similar lines in other public places in the city is also on Thakar’s agenda.
