GIFT City ties up with non-profit organisation to attract businesses

The GIFT City on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with TiE (earlier known as The Indus Entrepreneurs), a non-profit organisation, for fostering entrepreneurship to “drive economic growth, create employment opportunities through entrepreneurship, and facilitate a robust business ecosystem in the country”.

A statement issued by GIFT City noted that areas of cooperation under the MoU include facilitating GIFT City as the preferred destination for TiE members and portfolio companies, providing regulatory guidance and advisory support as well as and offering access to its infrastructure facilities.

As part of the collaboration, jointly organised knowledge-sharing sessions will be held as will be networking events and boot camps.
