Talking to the Indian Express Mangrola said,I am happy that the old days have come again. Once again I will get a chance to meet my old friends. After Sadbhavana mission of Narendra Modi,I was attracted to him and later I planned to join BJP. My motive is solely to work for the tribals and their development. Even after remaining away from party I continued my activities for tribals in terms of educational and health.
Talking about Congress he said,Congress ideology does not suite me. Many of my friends from the party approached me but I denied them. My period as president of Samajwadi Party in Gujarat for one year was also good. After Amar Singh left the party,I also felt bad and left it.
