Saying that National Civil Aviation policy was at its advance stage of discussion, Minister for Civil Aviation Gajapathi Raju hinted that the ministry will soon in the near future put out the policy draft in public domain.
“We have had a series of presentation and have included what we think should be in the aviation policy, but before the bill comes to finality we feel we need to be transparent and take public opinion. We will take all advice, suggestions and opinions into consideration before rolling out the aviation policy, he said speaking at Aviation ICT forum on Tuesday. He added that the policy may not be able to satisfy all times.
“Policy is not a religion, its not truth for all time. It will probably have some finality (validity) in short term of two or five years. But that will help for the businesses to plan,” Raju said.
