Continuing the arguments over Zakia Jafris petition challenging the clean chit given to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and others in 2002 riots,Supreme Court-appointed Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Monday said the attack in Gulberg Society (that killed 69 persons,including Zakias husband Ahsan Jafri) was not a part of preplanned conspiracy.
