TJ Dillashaw has surrendered the UFC 135-pound championship because of an "adverse finding" in his last drug test. A spokesman with the New York commission said Wednesday that Dillashaw was fined $10,000 and suspended for one year for drug use, but declined to give further details.
Georges St-Pierre announced his retirement at a news conference in Montreal and leaves the sport with a 26-2-0 mark and on a 13-fight winning streak. He also holds the UFC record for the most 170-pound title defences at nine.
Jon Jones, who has served two previous suspensions for failed drug tests, tested positive earlier this year for very low levels of a banned steroid, and the Nevada Athletic Commission wouldn't license him to fight in UFC 232.
