Additional Sessions Judge Abhishri Deo directed that in the event of their arrest, the accused shall be released after executing bail bond of Rs 1 lakh each with one or two sureties. The court also asked them to cooperate with the probe and not to leave the country without its permission

Former BARC CEO Partho Dasgupta is lodged in the Taloja Central Jail of Navi Mumbai following his arrest in the alleged TRP scam case by the crime branch of the Mumbai Police on December 24 last year.

Dasgupta was arrested on December 24 on charges of criminal breach of trust and cheating. His previous bail application, filed before the metropolitan magistrate's court, was rejected earlier this month following which he moved the sessions court.
