Bengaluru tops global traffic charts again, becomes the second most congested city in the world: TomTom report

Bengaluru has the highest traffic congestion level at 74 per cent, followed by Pune (71 per cent), Mumbai (63 per cent), New Delhi (60 per cent), and Kolkata (59 per cent), the latest TomTom Traffic Index shows.
