New Delhi, Feb 08 (ANI): Concerned over the detention made by security forces of Muslim youth allegedly linked to Islamic State (ISIS), Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid Syed Ahmed Bukhari on Monday called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and sought assurance that innocent Muslims would not be harassed in the name of Islamic State terrorists. Bhukari said that the entire Muslim community is against terrorism and added that stringent punishment should be not be given just for writing something on Facebook. He added that the minority character of the Aligarh Muslim University and the Jamia Milia Islamia were also discussed and said that Prime Minister Modi has promised to look into the matter.
