The police have booked the two accused under Sections 379 (theft) and 34 (common intention) of the IPC along with several sections of the Indian Forest Act, 1927. They were produced in court on Friday.

A Florida federal court charged two Indians for smuggling counterfeit cigarettes into the United States. The accused are facing up to 10 years in jail and a fine of up to USD 500,000, the Department of Justice said.
