Pakistan will not participate in the shooting World Cup in New Delhi after a top official of the national federation confirmed Tuesday that its marksmen had not been issued visas by the Indian High Commission.
A three-member Pakistan contingent will arrive in New Delhi on Wednesday to compete in the shooting World Cup after they were granted visas on Monday afternoon, National Rifle Association of India secretary Rajiv Bhatia said.
