“The Shiv Sena’s decision to bring the Ram temple issue to the centre stage will be adequately reciprocated by the central leadership of the BJP. Shah is likely to hold discussions with Thackeray to explain the party’s stand and plans on the Ram temple issue,” a BJP source told The Indian Express.
"All issues can be resolved through dialogue...we all respect the courts but it (courts) cannot connect hearts... even after 50 years or 100 years, the judgements of courts will remain as such but if we find out a solution through our hearts it will be recognised for ages," says Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar had said in Delhi earlier this week he was involved as a mediator in the Ram Temple dispute of his own will and would visit Ayodhya on November 16 to meet all stakeholders. He said he did not have an agenda and would listen to everybody.
"This (mediation) kind of effort is being made by those who believe it will help resolve the issue at the earliest. I wish their efforts bear fruit. But the apex court's final verdict will be binding," says UP Governor Ram Naik.
