Q1 results: Adani Total Gas posts profit rise, HPCL net profit slumps

Adani Total Gas reported a jump in first-quarter profit, helped by strong demand for the cleaner-burning compressed natural gas (CNG), sending its shares 2 per cent higher.

Adani group had a net debt of Rs 18,689.7 crore after accounting for a cash balance of Rs 42,115 crore.

All-time high EBITDA of Rs 23,532 crore in April-June was almost equal to the full-year FY19 (April 2018 to March 2019 fiscal year) EBITDA of Rs 24,780 crore, Adani group said in a statement.

The customer deposits at Airtel Payments grew to Rs 1,922 crore and it now has 5.54 crore monthly transacting users, an annualised gross merchandise value (GMV) of Rs 2,381,00 crore.
