CHB to sell the land meant for Prideasia project

The board will auction the land measuring 123 acre in blocks to 12 different developers for developing housing societies. Each block will be of 10 acre each.

Terming the fees being charged by arbitrators for resolving disputes between Parsvnath and Chandigarh Housing Board in regard to the multi-crore mega project Prideasia as very high and limitless,the CHB on Wednesday moved the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
