Hurricane Nora forms in Pacific as it moves toward Mexico’s western coast

As of 10 a.m. Saturday, Nora was about 425 miles from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and had maximum sustained winds of 80 mph as it moved north, according to the National Hurricane Center.
