Naranbhai Bhikhabhai Kachhadia, born on 25th April 1955, is a prominent figure in Indian politics. Hailing from Amreli, Gujarat, he has made significant contributions to India's political landscape, particularly in his home state. He was born to the Late Shri Bhikhabhai Kachhadiya and Late Smt Otiben Kachhadiya and completed his higher secondary education at Saheb Ambedkar Open University in Ahmedabad.
His political career began with his association with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). His leadership skills and commitment to the party’s ideology soon propelled him to the forefront of Gujarat politics.
In 2009, he was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) to the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament of India, from the Amreli constituency. His victory marked the beginning of a new chapter in his political career, one that would see him play a crucial role in shaping policies and programs at the national level. He retained his seat in the subsequent Lok Sabha elections of 2014 and 2019, giving himself three consecutive terms in the Lok Sabha.
