SC notice to Centre, Muslim bodies on Pune woman's plea seeking entry of women in mosques

In response to a petition filed by a Pune resident seeking directions for permitting Muslim women to enter mosques, the Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday issued notices to 10 parties including the Union government, Central Waqf Board Council, All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Jamiat Ulama I Hind and Darul Uloom Deoband.
