The Civil Aviation Ministry has ordered IndiGo to clear all pending refunds, waive rescheduling fees, fast-track baggage returns, and strengthen passenger support as flight disruptions continued.

The airline acknowledged being impacted by flight delays and cancellations in recent days, saying that they were due to various reasons including “technology issues, airport congestion, and operational requirements”.
