2 Boston Marathon runners give up personal best to help collapsing competitor: ‘We’re just runners helping each other’

A 2:13 marathon has put Karkera among India’s fastest distance runners. The orthopaedic surgeon from Mumbai is now racing towards the Asian Games — balancing clinic hours with elite training.
