On the concluding day of the event on the sprawling MMRDA grounds at the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), he said, “We will come up with a mega plan for IFCS at this very place which successfully held the Make In India Week.”

The entire stage was gutted in fire and fire-fighters are still struggling to bring the flames under control. The evacuation process is underway and no casualties have been reported so far. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had inaugurated the ‘Make in India Week’ yesterday as a showcase event for the government's flagship manufacturing scheme. More details are awaited.
