Asked if an ordinance was required to deal with the situation, Mahesh Sharma said the Kerala government had to decide on the matter, adding that the Centre would intervene at the right time if required.

Passengers of an Air India plane in Delhi were delayed for several hours on Friday allegedly because the airline was eager to help out a BJP minister and two judges on another flight.
