Five of top-10 most valued firms add Rs 43,689 crore in m-cap last week

Gainers from the top-10 list are ITC, HDFC, Infosys, SBI and ICICI Bank; while Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), TCS, HDFC Bank, HUL and Kotak Mahindra Bank suffered losses in their market capitalisation (m-cap) for the week ended Friday.

M-cap of top 7 Sensex cos down by Rs 90,452 crore

On the other hand, TCS, HDFC Bank and new entrant in the top 10 list Larsen & Toubro made gains.


Top 8 cos add Rs 39,723 cr in m-cap

CIL m-cap advanced Rs 8,432 crore at Rs 2,14,724 crore,becoming the top gainer among the top 10 firms.

Top six cos gain Rs 21K cr in m-cap

ONGC alone gained over Rs 7,000 crore in value.

M-cap of top 10 cos dips Rs 58,797 cr

Energy major RIL saw the second biggest slump in its market value after CIL.

Top 7 firms lose Rs 45K cr in m-cap

CIL's value eroded by Rs 13,612 crore and stood at Rs 2,08,187 crore on Friday.

State-owned Coal India's m-cap rose by Rs 15,664 crore to Rs 2,28,999 crore.

M-cap of 6 Sensex cos plunged Rs 25k cr

TCS took the second biggest hit with a drop of Rs 7,604 crore and its m-cap reached Rs 2,28,505 crore.

Top 5 cos lose Rs 24K cr in m-cap

Bucking the trend,ONGC,Coal India,Infosys,ITC and HDFC Bank saw gains in their market cap.

Top five cos add Rs 35,878 cr in m-cap

Infosys added Rs 9,642 cr to m-cap which stood at Rs 1,69,429 cr at close on Friday last week.
