New Delhi, Jan 17 (ANI): Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu on Sunday said that he suggested Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan of advancing the Budget Session if the Congress supports Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill. He added that Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had earlier discussed three conditions put by the Congress regarding GST with the party leaders.
