Jaipur, Jan 22 (ANI): Speaking at the Jaipur Literature Fest, filmmaker Karan Johar on Friday said he is living in a country where freedom of speech and democratic sentiments were only a "joke". He added that as a film maker, he feels bounded at all levels for whatever he puts on the celluloid. He further said that it was tough to voice out real concerns as a movie maker without fearing legal obligations.
